the little black dress is such a wardrobe staple. ask any woman, and she has more than one in her closet! we’re approaching the holiday season so what better an excuse to buy a special dress to build a look around? i’ve picked out some of my fave more edgy lbd’s and i’m seriously coveting each one – these really aren’t your typical lbd’s and that’s why i love them. how much drama would that long sequined number bring to a room? beyond hot.
for evening, i usually like to pair a lbd with a classic and chic red lip and a subtle cateye, but really, anything goes when you’re working with a solid black foundation. the look i’ve created here is more of a dark and sultry glam allowing the dress to stand out, but if you want to brighten it up with a candy coloured pump, i wouldn’t disagree!
