reflecting on last week, it was a great one – i definitely redefined the meaning work hard, play hard. i squeaked in spending time with a few girlfriends, walked along the seawall, tried a zumba exercise class for the first time, met various professional deadlines and finished my home office! getting everything done, and having time to visit the farmers market, spend time outside and even hitting a few of our favourite spots to dine over the weekend, makes me feel balanced and happy because i nurtured important relationships, myself and my responsibilities. have a fabulous week ahead, and see you back here on wednesday!
