mojito’s are my favourite summer drink and when i hit a patio, it’s the first thing i order… and usually by the pitcher! what makes a mojito a mojito is the lime and mint, but past that, make it your own. add any berry you have on hand, switch out the booze, whatever you please!
when i make it at home, i don’t add any extra sugar, and i often swap the rum for vodka, but by all means, create your own masterpiece.
